Patients can be referred by physician or self-refer. We accept most insurance plans and our services are reimbursable. Contact us for more information about in-network coverage and payment options.

Payment

Cash, money order, and most major credit cards are accepted for payment. All fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
